Bharati Vidyapeeth University Common Entrance Test for Law is abbreviated as BVP CET Law. BVP CET Law is conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University which is in Pune. This entrance examination is conducted for undergraduate candidates who are willing to pursue their career in law. Through this examination candidates can get admission in LLB, BA LLB and BBA LLB courses.

About BVP CET Law
BVP CET Law entrance test is conducted every year in June. There are thousands of students who appear for this examination. LLB course is of 3 years, BA LLB and BBA LLB course is for 5 years. There are 15% seats which are reserved for Foreign/ NRI/ PIO/ OCI/ Management Merit Students.

Eligibility Criteria for BVP CET Law 2017
To get eligible in BVP CET Law and study in this BVP University candidate are required to meet the following eligibility criteria:
• Candidates have to pass 10+2 class from any recognized University or board.
• General category students need to secure minimum 45% aggregate marks where as reserved category candidates need to secure minimum 40% aggregate marks.
• LLB course the maximum age limit is 30 year for general category candidate and 35 years for reserved category candidate.
• BA LLB course the maximum age limit is 20 year for general category candidate and 22 years for reserved category candidate
• BBA LLB course the maximum age limit is 20 years for general category candidate and 22 years for reserved category candidate.

Application Process in BVP CET Law 2017
Candidates who are interested to give BVP CET Law needs to fill the application form and pay the registration fees. Candidate need to follow the mentioned below steps:
• The application process starts from 3rd week of January 2017.
• Candidates are suppose to read the application form carefully and then fill the application form carefully with correct details
• Candidates are supposed to attach the passport size photograph and digital signature before starting application process.
• Candidates are supposed to pay Rs. 2000/- either via demand draft or through online payment mode.
• Candidates are supposed to write their mobile number and name behind demand draft.
• Candidates are suppose to make the demand draft in favour of Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune through any Nationalised Bank or Bharati Sahakari Bank payable at Pune.
• The last date for applying for this entrance examination is by 3rd week of June 2017

Registration Fees of BVP CET Law 2017
The registration fees for BVP CET Law where candidates need to pay Rs. 2000/- as application fees. Candidates can either pay the fees online or through Demand Draft in favour of “Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune through any Nationalised Bank or Bharati Sahakari Bank payable at Pune.” The last date for paying the registration fees is by 3rd week of June 2017.

Age Limit for BVP CET Law 2017
• LLB course the maximum age limit is 30 year for general category candidate and 35 years for reserved category candidate.
• BA LLB course the maximum age limit is 20 year for general category candidate and 22 years for reserved category candidate
• BBA LLB course the maximum age limit is 20 years for general category candidate and 22 years for reserved category candidate.

Exam Pattern for BVP CET Law 2017
BVP CET Law will be conducted in 4th week of June 2017. The syllabus and exam pattern are mentioned below:
• The exam duration is of 2 hours
• There are total 100 multiple choice questions
• Every question is allocated with 1 mark
• There is no negative marking system
• There are 25 questions allocated to different sections namely: English Grammar, Usage and Comprehension, Legal Aptitude, Analytical Ability and Logical reasoning, Current Legal News and General Knowledge, Social Sciences with an emphasis on Indian Constitution and Political System in India.

Admit Card for BVP CET Law 2017
The admit card of the candidate will be available on the official site of BVDU. After the announcement of hall ticket the candidate able to download the card by filling up the application number. Candidate can download and take the print out of their hall ticket. The admit card will be available a week prior to the examination date.
Note: Admit card will not be send by post, candidates are suppose to download the hall ticket from the official site only.

Results of BVP CET Law 2017
Every year the entrance examination is conducted in the month of June and the result of BVP CET Law are declared by last week of June 2017.

Important Dates of BVP CET Law 2017
The below mentioned are important dates for BVP CET Law Entrance Exam:
• Application process starts from 3rd week of January 2017
• Last date of application process is by 3rd week of June 2017
• Admit card will be available a week prior to the examination
• Entrance examination will be conducted by 4th week of June 2017
• Results will be declared by last week of June 2017
• Counselling process will start from 2nd week of July 2017

Counselling Process of BVP CET Law 2017
Shortlisted candidates are supposed to login in to the official site and check their counselling dates. Selected candidates have to carry their original mark-sheets and certificates at the time of counselling and if they fail to carry their original certificates and mark-sheets their admission will be cancelled. Downloaded mark-sheets and certificates are not allowed. The counselling process would start tentatively by 2nd week of July 2017.
